Announcing collaboration with Bentley’s Center for Health and Business 🙌

Sept 5, 2025

If you’re new here, welcome, and if you’ve been following my journey with unBurnt® for some time, thank you!

First up, I’d love to here from you!

  • What’s filling your bucket these days?

  • Any challenges you’re already facing as we step into the busyness of Fall, and soon… Q4 and end of year?

  • What topics are you interested to learn more about?

  • Do you prefer short webinars and workshops, or rather consume digital downloads?

You can reach out any time hello@getunburnt.com if these questions sparked ideas or if you have any other thoughts.

unBurnt® is turning ONE on September 30th, and as I gear up for a few fun celebrations I’d love to take this opportunity to check in with you all.

Second, I’m excited to share that I am partnering with the Center for Health and Business at Bentley University

We’re digging in to new research about workplace experience, and are curious to dig in to and understand the relationship between macro cultural stressors and workplace stressors on overall perceived wellbeing.

As a proud graduate, this collaboration is extra meaningful. I’m sharing more below if you’d like to participate in this study!

New Research Study: Bentley + unBurnt®

We're inviting full-time professionals across industries, job functions, and years of experience to participate, as we aim to get a comprehensive picture of 2025 workplace dynamics.

This study is designed to bring fresh data to how employees are experiencing work today, and how these impact the perception of one's well-being. We hope to understand the relationship between components of workplace design and burnout, among other modifiable outcomes.

*Please note: All responses will be anonymized and kept confidential in line with IRB standards.
